The Master of Science in Civil Engineering is one path program that covers various specialization areas in Civil Engineering. Students can focus on a specific field of study based on their choice of elective courses and the subject of thesis. The program consists of 30 credit hours: 6 credit hours for the thesis, 9 credit hours for compulsory Courses (3 Courses), and 15 credit hours for the elective courses (5 courses). The expected duration to finish the program is four semesters.

Application Requirements
- Minimum GPA of 4 out of 5 or equivalent
- Bachelor of Science degree in:
- Civil Engineering for MCE program
- Mechanical Engineering for MME program
- Electrical Engineering for MEE program
- Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering for MRE program
- Minimum TOEFL iBT score of 65, IELTS score of 5.5, or equivalent
- Certificate of Bachelor of Science degree
- Complete official transcripts of Bachelor of Science degree
- Two academic recommendation letters
- Statement of Purpose
- Copy of applicant’s ID: Passport for international applicants or Iqama for residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Qassim University was established in 2004 as a joint of two branches; King Saud University Qassim Branch and Imam University Qassim Branch. Later on, the Education Colleges became a part of Qassim University. Today it has positioned itself as one of the top schools in the Kingdom.
