- Everyone except citizens of Kazakhstan can apply.
- Even if people residing in Kazakhstan without citizenship, they can also apply.
- To be eligible for this opportunity School diploma and university degree can be obtained If you apply for a bachelor’s degree, you must have good previous academic records.
- And if you have a bachelor’s degree, you must have a 3 CGPA “cumulative aggregate” of 4.0 to apply for a master’s degree as well as a master’s degree to apply for a doctorate, also you must have a certificate in English, German or French.
